Starting an IT services company in the middle of an economic downturn helped us to focus on what clients really need from their IT services company to justify the cost. And it is simple to understand, even if it is not easy to deliver. Every client is looking for clear value from their IT managed services and IT projects.

So how do we deliver clear value for our clients? We invest in creating a culture where we take every end user’s problem seriously, whether it is the president of the company or an intern. Every morning, we have a 30-45 minute call with our engineers to understand where they are on every problem reported by users. On this call, we consistently focus on the speed of results for the end user as well as following up to make sure things are working as expected.

While this call is a big investment for us (instead of the call, we could have every engineer billing an additional 3-4 hours per week), we believe it is a key component in keeping clients happy with our service. And that will lead to our long-term success.
