Every morning, we have a 30-45 minute call with our engineers to understand where they are on every problem reported by users. On this call, we consistently focus on the speed of results for the end user as well as following up to make sure things are working as expected.
While this call is a big investment for us (instead of the call, we could have every engineer billing an additional 3-4 hours per week), we believe it is a key component in keeping clients happy with our service. And that will lead to our long-term success.
