Dear Siyamak and Brett,
I wanted to make sure you knew how happy we are with the service we have received and continue to receive from SkyriverIT. The helpdesk is always very responsive, knowledgeable and courteous to our staff and issues are taken care of promptly and efficiently.
I would like to send a special "shout-out" to Seth Hall and Alex Lesberg. Seth was instrumental in getting us on board; his calm and reassuring manner was vital in making the transition a smooth one. Alex has gone above and beyond to keep things going the past 6 days. A generator was installed in our building which caused loss of power (some loss of power was planned and some not) and each time Alex responded immediately and worked with our internet provider to get things up and running quickly. As with Seth, Alex also has a very calming nature which reassures me everything will be fine and because he knows his "stuff" everything always is!
Words cannot express how thankful I am to be working with SkyriverIT…..you are the BEST!
