Then, they are given the job of explaining complex technical issues to people who have little or no technical background. It is no surprise that there is so much frustration around IT.
How can we improve the customer service from IT? IT professionals can be trained and measured on customer service. That is what we do at Skyriver IT. Other businesses should be doing the same to measure in-house or outsourced IT services.
