Does your organization embody the values you want? After some challenges with employees and clients early in 2016, we realized that we were not living up to the values we had defined for the company: truth, compassion and tolerance. So, we set out to really embody those values in all that we do for the rest of 2016 and beyond.
We started paying much more attention to our values and how they were showing up in the business (and when they weren’t). Our focus is on consistently doing the right thing for clients, vendors and employees. This led to us attracting even better employees and clients.
As we head into 2017, we will continue to pay a lot of attention to values. And ultimately, it will change how people see us in the marketplace. How are your organization values affecting how you do business?
