Hi Siyamak & Brett -
I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how wonderful it has been having Skyriver IT as our partner in technology.
With our change in organizational structure, things have been hectic to say the least.
I greatly appreciate the outstanding job that Weili, Toan, and Bowie have done with our IT efforts and action plan. Today was the icing on the cake: Michael came in and completed the setup as requested. He was kind enough to summarize his efforts and made sure to include any outstanding items.
I appreciate the follow up, follow through, attention to detail and transparency that your staff have provided. From a management perspective, it gives us the chance to focus on our business.
Even though Weili has been bombarded when he comes onsite, he handles all the inquiries and questions with grace and a sharp acumen for technology. He also takes the time to eliminate the “jargon” depending on who he interacts with.
