One of the things I like about Thanksgiving is that so many people take time to think about what they are thankful for. One thing I am thankful for is the San Diego community and the good values we find here.
Having lived in Iran, Mexico City, China and San Diego, I can honestly say that San Diego is one of the best places to live and not just because of the weather. The community here is very supportive and has good values. People are honest, loyal and have integrity.
Those same values can also be found in the Shen Yun show that I have written about for several years. It is coming again to San Diego in January, and I highly recommend that you see it. The show brings a great, ancient culture to life. It is a culture that values loyalty, integrity and honesty – many of the same values I see throughout San Diego.
