What he experienced convinced him there was an opportunity for a better IT service provider.

Siyamak Khorrami – CEO
As CEO, Siyamak serves as the chief relationship manager for Skyriver IT clients. With 12 years experience in finance, operations and management in various business services industries, Siyamak understands the importance of maintaining strong customer relationships. His background in accounting and financial management allows Siyamak to help clients understand the financial implications of technology investments.
Prior to starting Skyriver IT, Siyamak was the Director of Finance and Purchasing for a CRO in China. In that role, he project managed the construction of a 27,000 square foot laboratory in two months. He also oversaw the growth from 45 employees to 300 in two years.
From his business experience in China, Siyamak learned the value of integrity and culture in growing a business. That is why he focuses on maintaining the highest integrity with Skyriver IT. And, he strives to create a great work environment and culture.
Siyamak is a graduate of the University of San Diego where he currently sits on the board of directors for the Center for Peace and Commerce. He is also on the board of directors for the San Diego Venture Group and involved in many other San Diego groups as well. Siyamak is fluent in Spanish and Persian, as well as conversational in Mandarin.
Faisal has served as a hands-on CIO and CTO and has over 16 years of Technology experience.
Faisal’s responsible for building client strategies and process that deliver a direct and measurable ROI. From aggregating data to uncovering and interpreting actionable intelligence, Faisal ensures our clients are leveraging technology to substantiate growth initiatives.
Faisal has spent his professional career making technology fluid, practical and enjoyable to internal and external customers enabling smart growth and incredible economic benefits. Due to Faisal’s analytical abilities and collaborative leadership style, he’s delivered software 53% faster, steadied system uptime from 87% to 99.99%, increased productivity by 31%, and achieved an error reduction of 77% while deploying products.
Faisal is an adventurer who enjoys hiking with friends, cycling, personal development, traveling, art and speaking in different languages.
Brett Cattell – Director, IT Operations
Brett is currently responsible for the operations and management of Skyriver IT, including monitoring and management of IT Infrastructure, gap analysis, project plans, risk analysis, and test plans.
He has been in the IT industry for more than 10 years. He has a Bachelor in Electrical and Computer Engineering with an emphasis in communication systems and data networks. With Cisco and Microsoft certifications, Brett combines a strong technical background with his project management methodologies and Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP) best practices to achieve consistently reliable and scalable solutions for clients.
Brett has managed projects internationally and nationally. Projects include a 300 person company corporate headquarters move and IT infrastructure upgrade, IT Due Diligence for an acquisition of a $600M company, Quality Management System implementation and ISO9001:2008 certification for the corporate headquarters of a $300M company, and a 5000 desktop and monitor PC image, migration, and replacement for Los Angeles County in two months.
Fred is responsible for developing and implementing a plan to help more businesses understand how Skyriver IT brings value through frustration-free IT services. With over 15 years of experience in business-to-business services, Fred brings a systematic and client-centric approach to educating prospective new clients and business professionals in the Southern California Business Community.
His success in business development has been a direct result of consistently focusing on client needs and their desired results, which leads to outstanding customer satisfaction. Fred is a passionate connector and his steadfast guiding principal to succeeding in business is to simply “give before you get.” Prior to working at Skyriver IT, Fred had a 96% customer retention rate during his 5-year tenure at his last organization.
Fred holds a BSBA in Marketing from Bowling Green State University and is an avid sports fan, dog lover, and outdoor enthusiast.
